Loveline is a syndicated radio call-in program in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, offering medical and relationship advice to listeners. Currently it is heard from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m PST(1 a.m. to 3 a.m. EST) Sunday-Thursday (Monday-Friday in the CST and EST). Syndication is usually on rock, alternative, and adult talk radio stations. Loveline can also be heard online anywhere in the world, by streaming through the websites of affiliate stations. Selected episodes are made available on Westwood One’s website.  In addition, some fans digitally record and share episodes.

I have contributed one of the many anti-religion rants by the comedian Adam Carolla, formerly of “Loveline”, now replacing Howard Stern’s old radio show with the new “The Adam Carolla Show”.  Check it out in the above post.

I regret that he died before I was even born, and so couldn’t watch him live.

But Lenny Bruce is credited (blamed) for blazing the trail that all of the subsequent sacrilegous potty-mouthed comics we all love and adore have followed.

I haven’t even gotten to the adam rant and I’m already cracking up.
