Incredible indeed. It only points out that all orthodox religions, especially the Abrahamic faiths, have a negative perspective on women even to the point of violence and abuse. I fear the only proper resonse by rational people is to oppose any othodox religion. Muslims and Christians are certainly not innocent of this abuse.
