IN: Judge demonstrates utter contempt for the rule of law

I wonder—is the judge just really as stupid as it would appear, or is he maybe trying to be a hero to a group of people who may be able to boast an average collective (group total) IQ score . . . and thus as stupid as it would appear?

Interesting that the words judicial activism don’t appear anywhere in the article! Perhaps the term has just been so misused recently that people have forgotten what it really means.
