Neat story, thank you. I had a similiar experience when I moved from CT to the south. Only difference, instead of reading about this nonsense, I had to face it - on a daily basis. Kind of brings it home a little better.
Cities are full of religious nuts, mostly blacks and latinos living in the projects. Remember “Our Lady of the Underpass” in Chicago a few months ago. Any one who wants to get elected mayor of any major city must pander to them.
It’s about time! This is just a first step. The military needs to dishonorably discharge all the fundamentalist nut jobs. Their real loyalty is to thier sick religion, not to the nation. They lied just like Bush when they took the oath of service swearing to uphold and defend the Constitution. They’re not worthy to serve in the US military. They’re terrorists in traing and the least we can do stop funding them.
