Travis, can you allow for choice in the spacing between paragraphs? When I try to put more than one line’s distance between paragraphs, hitting the return key more than once, the system ignores that spacing and reverts to a single line. Sometimes you want to put a little visual distance between different points you’re addressing in a thread.
I miss the “View Your Posts” option from the old software - it easily enabled me to see whether there had been a reply in the threads I’ve been visiting. The new software doesn’t seem to have an equivalent.
I’d like to have a “mark all posts read” option for each section (2nd Tier?) rather than just for the whole forum. I used to use it to avoid giving spammers “hits” and to “reset” a section of topics that I wasn’t interested in viewing. Now to reset (so I know on future visits if there might be anything new of interest) I have the open each topic individually, or hope that nothing of interest posts while I examine the forum and use the forum-wide “mark all posts read” command.
I can’t seem to get the hang of getting to a quick listing of *postings since my last visit*. When I sign on, and click on the two available search options at the top, neither seem to include ALL activity since my last visit, but only a select few. I then click on each individual forum, and suddenly find all these new postings that never appeared on the list of “new posts”. . . ???
It used to be when we would click on a hyperlink within a post, an entirely new window would open up with that link information. We could explore that site, hit the close button, and be right back to the original thread window. Now, any new hyperlink click opens in the same page and we have to back-load each step to return to our original thread. The old style was much more convenient. Is there any way to change this back?
I’ve noticed that if I try to log on from anywhere besides the forum main page, then when I try to review my post (prior to submitting) I get a blank screen.

I always right click and choose to “open in new window.”
This forum has the slowest load times of anyplace I’ve visited on the Internet. Perhaps it’s intended to encourage patience and profound reflection, leading to more mature discourse?
(It just makes me pissed off.)
