What am I doing wrong? I try to upload a new avatar and all I get is the same old one I’m trying to replace. I remove the old avatar and upload the new one, but the old one is what shows up?

Make sure your replacement conforms to the required file size (<50k) and pixel count (100 by 100). I had the same trouble until I sized it just right.
