Yeah… I too found it highly amusing that the Christian called them childish… at least in that cult there are probably people alive today who could have seen this American with their own eyes.
I had heard about these before and at first it strikes you as really odd…but then you have to consider what it was like when Christianity was first taking off….and this cult seems a little less out of the ordinary, although no less insupportable and ridiculous.
