I was circumcised as an infant (apparently without my consent). My father was circumcised too as an infant (without his consent). What do you guys think about that?

most infants are also circumcised in US. I am an atheist and I circumcised my 6 DAY OLD son. It’s just much better healthwise. That’s all.

what about all the lost sensation? not to mentioninformed consent? after all circumcision is modifying another human being and there is always a possibility of complications.

Well i’d rather be circumsized without consent than indoctrinated into faith without consent!
But it seems a bit unfair to alter a person’s body if there is no compelling medical reason to do so… I resent being born without consent.
