Great choices all, but I still think “Imagine” is the best answer to the original question.
My second choice would be “Whats Going On” by Marvin Gaye.
Its ironic that Gaye and Lennon were both murdered.
Now if I was to pick based on quality, I could hardly do better than JETurnbull’s pick of “Emporer”.
