Actually, the title is not ironically meant.
Read the following article, where this Saudi expresses an ureserved admiration for the achievements of Western culture, and urges Muslims to engage in self-criticism, in the same way he thinks this was a pre-condition for the evolution of Western society:

If this guy is for real he’d better watch his back. I don’t think he is sincere though. You can bet he has an alterior motive. If not, then we should ask ourselves why he is so positive about US society. He is dreaming , because you can’t like the American way and the Islamic way at the same time. That is because Islam is antithetical to the American way; to it’s constitution etc. Go ahead- believe him if you want to. To me he sounds just like a member of the growing stealth jihad who at this very time are trying to gain our trust so they can have thier way and influence our people as much as possible .
