I would say a person who adheres literally to the dogma of his chosen mythological doctrine.

Then a fundamentalist Atheist would be- one who does not adhere literally to dogma from any chosen mythologcial doctrine.

Oh wait, that is an atheist…. not a fundamentalist atheist!
