On today's Counterpunch website is the above article. Definitely worth a read, albeit it is lengthy and a tad turgid at times. Examines why thanatos - and the Book of Revelations - are intrinsic to the fundo mind set.  Interesting stuff.

Thank you, great article.  I think, before too long, the insanity will become obvious to almost everyone.  My favorite bumber sticker reads:  “In case of rapture, can I have your car?”  Let them all go to South Carolina, and leave the rest of us alone.
