A friend of mine linked to this piece in Salon: http://www.salon.com/2017/07/29/from-the-enlightenment-to-the-dark-ages-how-new-atheism-slid-into-the-alt-right/ She added this comment: "I'm sad to see how several atheist icons are embracing a bunch of sexist, racist garbage. It's not only antisocial, it's irrational, and rationality is what I respected them for in the first place." It's easy to just say "oh, another hit piece from Salon, ignore it." But for someone who isn't familiar with the Sam Harris Outrage Industry, what can I say (or point to) that will push back at this narrative?
