There seems to be at least two positive issues at play here:  (1) it appears that some Republicans may actually care about the best interests of people, and (2) Trump isn’t as powerful as he thought he was, or wants to be.

Or that the last eight years of attacking the ACA was just bullshit because all they know how to do is say no.
