I’m not much into comic book adventures, but I saw this on a recommendation. I saw “The Dark Knight” because I heard it had political overtones and that intrigued me. I loved it, mainly because of Heath Ledger. He’s been nominated for an Academy Award, btw.

Anyway, someone recommended “Iron Man.” I watched it and loved it. I recommend it too. Unlike “The Dark Knight,” Iron Man has a satisfactory ending and it’s main character develops an altruistic conscience after being kidnapped in the desert of Afghanistan. He was a weapons manufacturer before that but events that affected him personally lead him to change the focus of his corporation.

I am a big fan of such stuff but I was kinda of bored with Iron Man and the new Hulk. The Dark Knight was the best Batman ever, but the whole we are so good theme annoyed me to no end, the people were to good to kill the convicts, the convicts to good to kill the people, batman to good to kill Joker, Harvey so good that Batman would rather take the wrap (because he could) then anyone think less of Harvey, the bestof them. And the topper Lucius cound’t help Batman save peoples lives anymore if he used their cell phones for radar, cause in might lesion in on what they were saying, please!

Forcing you to sit in a small room with Tony Iommi riffs on an endless loop? shut eye

I actually remained awake all the way through “Iron Man”. This is high praise from me since about 80% of all movies have me snoring in 20-30 minutes.
