Yes, relying on faith and the mystical, you are truly blind.

I see that as more of a laziness issue.

Or perhaps fear.  I strongly suspect my bro-in-law, who calls himself a Christian, refuses to take a critical look at the bible out of fear.  He’s quite insistent he doesn’t want to go there.  Im convinced it’s because he’s terrified that the 90 percent he hasn’t read isn’t anything like the 10 percent he is familiar with - the sunday school bullshit he was fed as a kid.

I’m an atheist because i entertained the religious claims and found them to be man made superstitious nonsense.

I’m an atheist because my mother made me wear itchy pants to church.

If there is a heaven of no death, no suffering, then only a sadistic god would create beings and not immediately put them in this heaven; therefore, there is no god or no god worthy of bring loved.

If you seek the absolute truth, don’t want to live a lie, and you’re not gullible, then you must be an atheist.

Why wouldn’t I be?

But for funsies, I picked up the questions of Janus 6 from page one:

What is the life goal?
Self determined depending on the life setting the goal. But the questions doesn’t really make sense.

Which is the main product of evolution?
There is no product of evolution, it’s an ongoing process.

The other day someone asked me why I was an atheist. Not in a confrontational way just curiosity which I appreciate. I replied, “I believe in science and science trumps religion on every front”.

Curious what one sentence you have for that question.

Truth will set you free, is why I am an ATHEIST.

If this attachment works a little cartoon that I think answers the question about evolution and a life goal!

I didn’t reverse the “we believe what we believe because it’s true” Truth Ethic of my religious upbringing, and rather than using it to tickle my own ears, I took it seriously.

I was an atheist, but if you explain the universe you will understand that God exists.

Please answer the questions below
.

What is the life goal?

Which is the main product of evolution?

1. If you mean what is the goal of life there isn’t any.  Humans feel like we have to have a purpose.  We simply are a result of evolution.  What is the life goal of a fly?

2. Life.  In all forms and of equal importance.  Whether it is a plant, fish, or human we are the products of billions of years of growth.

Oh how i hate this type of conversation.  Atheists uninformed are nearly as bad as the religious.

1. The goal of life is not “Nothing”... it’s quite simple: Avoid dying and reproduce by replicating the strategies of our parents with improvement.

BTW, if that sounds unenlightened - i would suggest you need to learn more about life in the context that otherwise the universe is dead - so you’d better hold this to be it’s meaning.  “To please your creator” is actually a true statement but your creator was ma and pa - tack on “to become a creator” and you got the meaning of life.  Make the meaning of life anything else and you are off track.

2. The product of evolution is not “Life”... it is the persistence of life, despite environmental change.

Please don’t invent or replicate you’re own atheist dogma separately from scientific reality.

There simply is no evidence to support a belief in the supernatural. It is really and absurd concept the supernatural, an unnatural realm with the unknown as its foundational premise, it is the essence of absurdity.
